Small Loan, Big Benefits


Guntoor, Jan 6th 2013:  Under Padosi SHG Phase-II Programme, Rehab India Foundation provides microloans to three underprivileged women at anandpeta, district Guntoor, Andhra Pradesh.

Rehab has entered in Phase-II of self employment programme. For this phase, it has selected 15 new Padosi SHG members. Among them, three poor women received loan for initiating micro business. Mahoboobi Shaik received Rs. 7500 loan for initiating hotel, while same amount was sanctioned to Shaik Noorjahan and Akheela for starting Petty Shop.

Phase-I:
A Public Charitable Trust, Rehab India Foundation is actively involved in various kinds of development activities ranging from village development programme, educare centre, food kit distribution, skill development training, SHG & self employment, emergency relief programme, model village in Assam to Blanket distribution drive. I t has successfully completed Phase –I of Self Employment Programme. During phase-I, team rehab selected 15 Padosi SHG members for facilitating interest free loan to deprived women.
