Kurnool, February 18, 2013: Developing confidence and
concentration of students, Rehab India Foundation organized ‘Fear Free Exam
Programme’ at ALFA English Medium High School located at Nizamudheen Colony and at government School in Holagunda Village, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh.
The motive of the programme is to give easy solutions to the
students feeling totally inspired and energised before and during exams. During the programme, students shared their weakness;
fear, headache, anxiety etc. which they feel before and during exams. For
stress and time management, teacher Haleem shared few tips to the students like
what to eat and exercise during the exams. They were taught how to manage their
time for preparing all subjects.
Adding more tips, he said that make every thought serve you
and move you forward, remind yourself that this won’t go forever, and add some
small actions to achieve the goal.
Along with member Rehab, teacher Haleem and students
participated in the programme. All over it was an effect act motivating and
encouraging the students to perform their best.
