August, 17 2013: Equipping
local residents with the skills and motivation to improve their life chances, Rehab
India Foundation started Community Centre at Mustafabad, Ghaziabad District,
Western U.P.
Head Master of
Government Primary School, Head Master of Muktaba Public School and Panchayat
Leader showed their presence to encourage the activity of Rehab and said that
inauguration of Tuition Centre will improve the local environment.
While inaugurating
the community centre, Safarullah Khan Project Coordinator said, “The centre is
established with the mission to enable social engagement with community people of
the village to initiate different welfare programmes such as healthcare,
educare and economic development.”
On the other hand,
Saravana Kumar showed his immense pleasure that poor children will be able to
get free education. He said, “Whenever team rehab visited the village, children
come to us and asked that when tuition centre would be opened. Finally, the day
has come that children will enjoy their study and assignments.”
Last but not least,
Sadagar Ali, Field officer of Rehab distributed sweets to the children and
other participants.
